Trivelin Asesores operates exclusively on its own capital. The company does not raise funds from third parties, does not provide financial services, and is not subject to any collective investment regime. Its activity consists of conceiving, structuring and developing business ventures, as well as administering the resulting participations.
The company has its registered office in Madrid and is regulated under Spanish company law.

Design and development of new ventures
Conceptualisation, structuring and launch of proprietary business ventures. The company directly assumes the initial phase of definition, validation and implementation.
Patrimonial administration of participations
Long-term administration of participations in operating companies arising from the proprietary development activity, with a patrimonial approach and an emphasis on value preservation.
Occasional advisory to third parties
On an occasional basis, the company provides advisory services oriented to the design and development of new projects when there is alignment with its criteria and accumulated experience.
